Pigtails...

These are for daddy...
We miss you! Can't wait for you to get back so we feel complete!
(Korey is away for work for a while...)

Anyways... I have waited for the day I could do pigtails on my princess! Here they are! Far from perfect but I was thrilled! Now isn't she cute???
Sariah is growing up so very fast! She took her first step on the 28th of July. But has taken her sweet time in fully walking (still thinks crawling is faster) yesterday I watched her take 20 steps straight. The other day I thought she was awfully fussy... opened her mouth and saw 2 molars in on the top and it appears like the bottom gums are quite swollen. She is definitely a busy girl! Makes me tired watching her and all her adventures all day. She says quite a few words... but mostly she signs "more" - so you always know when she wants more at least.

My cutie ...

Sariah enjoyed sitting on grandma and grandpa's back lawn...

Jarom....

This picture was taken on Jarom's first day of school. What a handsome kid! He is terrific. He is really enjoying school here... he is so eager to learn and always has perfect behaviour in school. He definitely has enjoyed being able to ride the bus to and from school here. On Tuesdays they even have swimming. He loves school but it definitely doesn't come easy for him. He still receives speech therapy at school and will soon start received OT, for his weaker upper body. Several things lead me to have him evaluated a few months back and low and behold he needs it. With other red flags I had him tested at the university in AZ before we moved on some auditory processing. A couple other red flags came up. In February (soonest we could get in) he has an appointment with the Neuropsychologist in Park City to see what we can find out.

Elijah ... just too tired

Oh how we love Elijah... He is such a good kid! He is so excited to start school (preschool) on the 2nd. They have a great program here in Coalville (wish we were staying). He will be able to get PT and OT here and do well. He has so enjoyed being here and being able to be outside all the time... close to 12 hours a day sometimes. He gets thoroughly exhausted. So exhausted the other night I discovered a first for him - yep he fell asleep in the tub.) I know he will kill me in another 10 years for taking the picture.

For those wondering

The people selling the house weren't deperate enough... now they may become desperate enough... the house isn't totally out of the running. So we are still pondering - looking - considering and thinking about what we want to do. Still house hunting... Sooner or later we will find a home.. in the mean time we are having fun looking and the boys are having a blast here at grandma & grandpa's. I`ll have to post some more pictures...

The wait begins...

We put an offer on this house... so we will know tomorrow night one way or the other. We either will have a home or I will keep looking to find a house that can become our home.

Jarom started 2nd Grade today!

So happy and excited for him! He was thrilled. His cousin lives right next to us... so they both got on the bus together and both happen to be in the same class! School here has a bit different hours than we are use to - it begins at 7:50 (he got on the bus at 7:25) and school gets out at 2:05PM - (AZ was 8:35 to 3:10). Bit weird knowing we wouldn't be here long (still in the house hunting search). - Elijah is excited we found him a school today he`ll start Sept 2nd. - We do have a house that we are seriously considering that meets our needs... we will see what happens.

Saturday afternoon of fun in the water...

My sister had her daughter's birthday celebration at this fun water place in Ogden. The boys had fun with their cousins, aunts, uncle and grandma. Sariah even though she doesn't look too thrilled in 2 pictures she really had a great time. Loves the water... her and grandma had fun. Grandma looks great considering she hasn't slept in 24 hours (she works nights).

Friday afternoon

With my sister Naomi visiting us in Coalville for a day or 2 we decided this afternoon to go for a drive about 10 miles or less from my in-laws where we are staying... and see the Echo Reservoir up close. Sariah had the most fun of all!
Tomorrow we are house looking/hunting more then to another family event... maybe we will have more pictures to post.

The time flies....

A week ago on Sat we had a very busy day. It began with a parade (w/ Jarom and elijah's two cousins), a fair, house hunting, visiting with friends from AZ (that now live in Ut), family get-together and then we hurried back the other direction to catch the rodeo in Coalville. I did take these pictures at the morning parade.

30 and an update...

I guess I am suppose to feel old today! But I don't .... still feel like my mid 20's hopefully that feeling will last a few more years. We are in Utah! Staying at my in-laws and house searching like crazy. I always thought it would be fun to find a house... but dang what a hair pulling fun experience. Never thought it would be so hard to find a home I like... I didn't think I was that picky... Hopefully in the next couple of days I`ll pull out the camera and take some pictures. The boys are totally enjoying themselves. Jarom will most likely start school here the 21st.
